Abby brings two decades of hands-on experience in people operations. For 13 of those years, she rolled up her sleeves in high-growth startups and tech giants like Google, Dynatrace, Attentive, and most recently, Solvvy.

Her primary goal? A firm belief that every company, regardless of size or scale, should have access to the fundamental structure necessary to build and support a thriving team and culture. Abby is passionate about arming teams with practical strategies to maximize the impact and value of people within their organizations.

He expertly matches candidates and companies culturally and leans in to help solve hiring challenges at any stage and environment.

Cay has 20 years experience in various facets from talent acquisition coordination, to project management and process creation, global communications, and general HR Operations in environments from the Big 4 to scaling start-ups. She is energized by organizing people and things, and is passionate about creating a solid People foundation for companies so that their employees can focus on what they do best.
