Abby brings two decades of hands-on experience in people operations. For 13 of those years, she rolled up her sleeves in high-growth startups and tech giants like Google, Dynatrace, Attentive, and most recently, Solvvy.

Her primary goal? A firm belief that every company, regardless of size or scale, should have access to the fundamental structure necessary to build and support a thriving team and culture. Abby is passionate about arming teams with practical strategies to maximize the impact and value of people within their organizations.

She specializes in building scalable people strategies, talent management systems, and creating cultures that foster growth and employee success. Kayla partners with clients to develop tailored HR solutions that align with business goals and support long-term organizational development.

She’s worked in both fast-paced startups like Duo Security and large-scale organizations like Cisco, giving her the ability to balance agility with structure to meet the needs of growing companies.
