Her primary goal? A firm belief that every company, regardless of size or scale, should have access to the fundamental structure necessary to build and support a thriving team and culture. Abby is passionate about arming teams with practical strategies to maximize the impact and value of people within their organizations.

Kayla Owens is a seasoned HR and People Operations leader with extensive experience in early-stage startups, including roles at VERB, where she wore many hats across HR, operations, and internal culture. She specializes in building scalable people strategies, talent management systems, and creating cultures that foster growth and employee success. Kayla partners with clients to develop tailored HR solutions that align with business goals and support long-term organizational development.

Greer designs people-first systems that make work better. She has experience in hospitality, operations, and people strategy, and she helps teams turn good ideas into clear, practical tools that support real people doing the work.

Greer has worked with organizations ranging in size from 4 to 14,000 people, always building with scale, context, and care in mind. From designing full performance management systems to setting up global teams for success, she’s developed programs that meet people where they are—while aligning with where the business is going.
